The organization is in the transform “Be Agile”. Project teams begin to work in “agile“ way. However, management tools like “Performance & Goal Dialogue” still remain the same, which are not agile.

We went through this project in 3 different sections step by step.

1. User-Engaged Workshop

Invite Engineers and Project Managers as users:

- Build whole-picture and point out pain-points during the present process;

- Share the story “I feel success at that moment”

- Synthesis, find patterns from above.

2. Ideation Workshop

Internal & external Experts including OD & Management work together to:

- Brainstorm solutions for the pain-points collected in last workshop;

- Re-design the process of “goal & performance dialogue”;

- Delivera set of toolkit.

3. Iteration: Prototype + Test

Invite users to test the new process and toolkit:

- Whether the new experience is better;

- Find out “bugs” in user-perspective;

- Refine our solution.
